Very laid back, a few metaphorical situation questions, but overall the management just want to get a feel for you and your personality. Managers are easy to laugh with, and they enjoy having fun at work, whilst of course getting the job done. They really try to make you feel at ease with your coworkers and the management team. the interview is held in store in the managers office, many interviews come out with offers on the spot.
