Standard interview questions that a cookie cutter answer can get you in good with. The interaction after, where they actually have a conversation with and ask you what you enjoy doing, and get real with what your duties would be is good. They expect you to be personable, and this is a time I always share stories from previous experience, and Ive seen this gets you far in this company. They want real experiences, real moments you've overcome an obstacle in your work life, to show them your initiative. They enjoy just talking and letting you really ask questions about the process and the position.
