Our focus is on census - how would you go about "selling" our services to someone who had walked away from treatment or to their family, who may be hesitant about supporting them to be on medication?
Phone screen, 1st then in person interview with clinic Director and Clinic supervisor. Basic interview and tour to discuss day to day operations and requirements of patients and staff. Waiting to hear back
