Was original scheduled for a call with the recruiter last week. 10 minutes before our call, the recruiter reached out saying they were stuck in a meeting and asked if we could reschedule. Having experienced the same as a recruiter, I understood and provided some additional times that day and the following week to chat. I never heard back by end of day, so I just went ahead and rescheduled using the schedule tool in his signature. Today was supposed to be our follow up conversation. Never received a call, so I followed up, via email, 5 mins after the scheduled time to see if we were still planning to connect. Still no response. Unfortunately, this is the type of recruiting that gives recruiters a bad name. As a recruiter who values the candidate experience, it does not bode well that this company seems to lack any effort in that area with their corporate recruiters. It doesn't take much effort to take ownership in making a mistake.
