Talent Acquisition reached out to me after I applied to the job to set up an interview. When the time came, the recruiter texted me to tell me he was in a meeting and couldn't make the interview. He asked to reschedule for the next day, so we set up a new time. The next day, there was no call or text from him. Extremely unprofessional.
