Acara Solutions Recruiter interview questions

Never spoke with the recruiter all correspondence was via email. She responded to my resume that I submitted and asked me my rate per hour expectations were. I responded what my past rate of pay was and added that I was very open to discussion of pay. I was declined stating that my rate of pay was too high. I responded TWICE and asked to lets at least discuss the position before we disqualify due to my response for salary information. I COULD NOT GET THE RECRUITER TO RESPOND!! 2 EMAILA AND CALLED DIRECTLY (NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE) NO RESPONSE????. I have been a recruiter for 15 years and it sickens me to think of my profession being taken over by these half brained robots with 0 COMMUNICATION SKILLS. CHEAP PEOPLE= NO SKILLS AND NO PROFESSIONALISM
