Accela, Inc. Business Development Manager interview questions

This was the worst --- EVER! I completed a survey, then was offered a job. I went back and forth with someone with someone from Tennessee - 23 emails trying to find out what the job entailed. She didn't know. She said you will be hearing from your Manager. I then received an offer letter of sorts from someone in HR from CA. It said I would be in customer support - I have only ever sold, so I asked her, again, via email if we could talk because I had a few questions. I NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN! I THINK YOU CAN TELL FROM THE REVIEWS ON INTERVIEWING, THIS COMPANY IS LACKING AND HAS A VERY LONG WAY TO GO TO GET IN THE REAL WORLD.
