Accenture Custom associate software Engineering interview questions

My interview experience with Accenture has been quite frustrating and poorly managed. I successfully cleared all the required interview rounds for a closing role and was informed that I would be mapped to a new role. However, after this, I was unexpectedly asked to go through a final round again without any clear explanation. What made the experience worse was the lack of coordination from the HR and recruitment team. I scheduled my interview slot twice through the provided system, but neither of them was confirmed. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and calls, there has been no response from the HR or recruiter. This kind of communication gap and lack of transparency reflects poorly on the candidate experience. After investing significant time and effort into the process, being left without updates or clarity is disappointing. I hope Accenture improves its recruitment coordination and communication to ensure a smoother and more respectful experience for candidates in the future.
