3- Colloquio individuale con un Manager (domande di logica e test motivazionale)

It was multi-step: 1. Technical Assessment 2. Technical Interview 3. Architectural Design Exercise - I was given a design exercise to a complex architectural problem. I was asked to outline my approach, create diagrams, and explain my reasoning. 4. Panel Interview 5. Final Interview

Can you explain the role of an Enterprise Architect in aligning technology with business goals? How would you approach the task of modernizing legacy systems within a large organization?

Interview
I did proceed regular interview because i have internship experience here, So i did jump to final interview.
Normally the process took about 1-2 months, with this flow:
1. CV screening
2. Phone interview
3. FGD
4. PSI
5. Project Interview
6. Leadership interview
7. Offering (if accepted)
But i jumped into #5 and #6 process since i did an internship at ACN and also became final candidate of Accenture Journey.
