I applied for a Java Software Developer role and successfully scheduled an interview. However, the company abruptly canceled the session right after confirmation without giving any reason or offering to reschedule. It was the worst experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture Federal Services in Jan 2024
Interview
1. Interview with HR
2. Loop with Software Engineering Manager and then Managing Director
The interview process was mostly a technical conversation with questions on past project experience and Java. Later the interview was a deep dive into what is AFS. Overall, I could tell the interviewers were great leaders in their respective roles. The interview process laid out a set of expectations and objectives within AFS. I can tell there are some great people there that are leading the way for an important mission. It was a bitter experience that I had to decline the offer because the compensation was not competitive. I’d recommend AFS to anyone, they do have a great mission with great leadership within the Advanced Tech Centers.
