The interview process is divided into three separate interviews: The screening interview, behavioral interview, and the strength/closing interview. The screening interview is where you'll introduce yourself to the recruiter. The behavioral interview is where you'll talk to a senior from AFS and dive deeper into your resume. In the concluding interview, you will talk with a different senior from AFS, and you will be asked a series of questions to uncover your strengths.
