Got so close to the end, even passed the final interview. But claimed that they did not have enough spots. Even reached out if they would consider me if other people rejected. No response.

It was a long interview process, and there was often late communication from the recruiting team. The people were friendly and I thought the interviews went well, but unfortunately, I was not given an offer.

I had two rounds of interview and both are with extremely experienced AFS employees. The first round was purely behavioral. The second round consists of a technical presentation in which I had to explain one potential application of AI in AFS, followed by a discussion about the presentation and more behavioral questions. Both interviewers were super friendly and approachable, and shared a lot of career insights with me. They made me feel at ease and the conversation flowed well.
