I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture Federal Services in Oct 2024
Interview
There was an initial screening call followed by a 15 minute zoom call to discuss the role in more detail, leading into a behavioral based interview which was about an hour long, then a technical interview that was also approximately an hour long. After these interviews I was called again to discuss my potential for a separate roll I was being considered for. After this I was told to expect an offer letter soon and then never heard back. I reached out for an update but never heard back, after 2 months I will assume I was ghosted.
It was impressively unprofessional, I wouldn't advise interviewing with them. They clearly don't respect your time and frankly their pay was lower than other companies, which can be overlooked for the right organization... but this isn't that organization.
