I transitioned from the VA EHRM contract formerly held by BAH. I think they needed people that had institutional knowledge and an active PIV/GFE so the job interview was fairly easy.

Fairy quick and simple. I had 2 interviews in all. First one through zoom and then another in person. Definitely was super nervous but after a few minutes of talking I was able to calm down the nerves.

HR interview, recruiter seemed to not know anything about the position or answers to any of the technical questions they asked. Very slow to respond to any questions asked as well.
