I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Hyderābād) in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview process was quite easy. I had applied through the “Go For Gold” summer internship program. There was a certain number of credits that needed to be earned by completing various courses and quizzes. After completing the required number of courses, I received a congratulatory email stating that I had been shortlisted for further assessments.
After completing those assessments (aptitude, puzzle solving, and coding), I was shortlisted for the interview. During the interview, I was asked to narrate my entire college journey and discuss the projects I had worked on so far. I spoke about my projects and an open-source contribution I had made.
He then asked me about the challenges I had faced during these years. I explained how complex the codebase looked when I was trying to merge my pull request. I also mentioned a senior who was a Cloud Engineer at Accenture, and it turned out that the interviewer was also from the cloud domain.
The interview wrapped up in about 20 minutes. He was friendly, and I had no trouble explaining my thoughts and experiences clearly.
