First they'll send you an assessment link, and after selecting or shortlisting in that round, an HR will contact you and arrange the 1st round of the interview where they'll ask basics about you and your academics, and then there will be a 2nd interview panel where they'll question you about the knowledge you have on the role you applied for.
Long wait time outside for a token, and then more waiting inside. Will take a full day from morning 11 am till evening 8 pm at least for the complete process. Filled with aspiring freshers.
