Question 1
Introduce yourself then they scanned my resume and asked me questions based on whatever skills I had written...They gave a practical scenario and asked us how to manage that scenario taking into consideration the whole project team...Then again they asked us about the project...A simple explanation sufficed them...Then again they gave a topic on which they wanted us to throw light on that topic ie they basically wanted to see how we present our views and our persona!!! And finally it came to an end...Interview lasted for 40-45 mins...
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
