Interview
3 parts interview: online application, one face to face interview where an interviewer goes through your CV and an assessment day. Online application is straightforward and similar to other consultancy companies. The lady I had for my first interview was lovely and just went through my CV and experiences asking me about situations where I was a leader, teamwork etc. Third interview is a full day assessment centre which starts with a written assessment divided in 2 parts to test your timing abilities (most people spend too much time on the first part and never finish the second), you have a case study and an interview on the case study, a group exercise where they check how you fit in the team (try to be proactive but don't get into arguments, try to help others if you finished your part and others haven't) and finally an interview to finish off the day.
