I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Aug 2014
Interview
I was shortlisted from a competitive exam that I wrote few months ago. Only people who had already one more offers at hand were shortlisted. That was a big crowd of around 3000 people. First round was technical and it was very quick and easy and below standard questions like I was asked to write Fibonacci program and QuickSort and few questions about my project. That's all, technical round is done! Next was HR. Even this ended in less than 3 minutes where he asked few mainstream questions like 'tell me about yourself','are you ready to work anywhere in India upon requirement' etc. Bingo, I was hired! Then they made me wait for a month to send official communication and offer letter.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
