Interview
An online test was conducted via AMCAT tool consisting of basic aptitude questions. Overall difficulty level was easy and the selection ratio was high.
The selected candidates were called for an interview. The panel consisted of two person and most of the interview was HR based and very little of technical was asked.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
