I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Mumbai)
Interview
Just picking everyone on the basis of their communication skills. Group interview with 5 people at once. Everyone didn't get afair chance to prove themselves capable of getting the job. Technical questions were not asked. Resume was also not seen and certification and internship experience also not taken into consideration. Just communication skills. Talk fluent English and you're in.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
