Interview
There are 3 rounds of hiring:
1. Aptitude- It contains medium level mental ability questions. There are a lot of websites where you can get previous year papers for the same.
2. Technical interview- Being fresh out of college, I wasn't grilled much in this just asked some basic algorithms, binary to hexadecimal conversion and 1 C program logic
3. Personal Interview- Taken by a panel of 2 and asked basic questions like my interests, why I will be a good fit for company etc.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
