I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Singapore) in Jan 2017
Interview
Was called to attend a face to face interview which went well. However as I was also interested in another role within Accenture, the interviewer kindly arranged another interview for me with the other department. I got to the second round of the interview which was a behaviorual test (first round was a digital interview). Strangely, I did not make it past that stage, my personality and work styles must have been incompatible with what they were looking for. Questioning the accuracy of these behaviorial tests though, I feel like I am a very different person in reality from what these test might portray me to be.
