Interview
First screening interview was phone interview done by HR. Behaviroual questions were about leadership and teamwork.
Second interview was on-site, by one manager. The interview questions were more or less the same as the phone interview.
Third interview was done by senior manager. It's totally behaviroual questions. In one hour, there were about 4-5 questions. If you don't have good example, can skip and move on to the next question.
Finally there was an assessment center with another 3 candidates. It lasts for half day, including Accenture presentation, case study, group exercise, analyst Q&A, and short wrapup interview.

It was very smooth and generally questions were from CV itself. One should be thorough with Cv and job description to answer those questions. They are looking for someone who is confident and can handle the challenges in job.

Three interviews: 1. Fit interview, 2. Case interview and 3. Interview with unit lead. Fit interview was on my background and motivations. Case interview included standard problem-solving/market sizing types of questions. The interview with unit lead was more on my expectations with Accenture and the work I might be doing.
Campus recruitment - first started with HR screening on campus, assessment centre (group session with case interview), panel interview and MD 1-2-1 interview the whole process should last for 3-4 months
