Interview
On 8Mar2017 I got a call from Accenture HR stating that I have been selected for second round of interview which will be face to face and she asked me to attend it on 9Mar2017. On asking when was the first round done she said it was done on 27Sep2016 then I recollected it (such a late response, it's rediculous) She mailed me the time ,venue and Job description of the project manager.
The interview started with a surprise that the interviewer was not even aware that this interview was for PM instead as per him they were looking for oracle DBA. After showing him the HR mail on the job description he spoke to two three persons and then some how the interview was conducted.
Ultimately as expected I got a mail on 16Mar2017 that I have been rejected in the interview.
Guys just look at the process being followed by such a brand. I think we should buycott such companies and stop attending their interviews. I am going to do it.You decide what you can do.

Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
