Interview
There is a telephonic interview to start with initially. Later on there was a skill test, which is .NET in my case.
And then a face to face interview with the manager.
Basic understanding towards the role you are applying ensuring you really know the fundamentals and basics. Knowing this will determine how knowledgeable you are to the core principles of your role.
It was okay but could improve more. Nevertheless i had experience and the hiring manager seems to enjoy the chat and describe how working in here on daily basis. After 1 hour, the interview session ended.

Interview
I passed the introduction interview and their assessment. Never heard from them again after finishing the technical interview.They never formally rejected me. They just never tried to communicate back about applications state.
