I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Mandaluyong City) in Apr 2015
Interview
Passed my resume during college week. Wasn't able to take the exam at school because I passed my resume afternoon of their last day on college week. Received a phone call about 3 weeks later to schedule my exam. The exam took about 2 hrs or so. English, Math, Logical and other questions you'd typically see on exam questions. After 1.5 hrs (it was already lunch break), I had my English proficiency interview. The interviewer asked about my hobbies, interest, etc. Small conversation just to test your communication skills. Last was the hr interview. Typical questions such as tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses, why did you choose Accenture, Thesis and other school projects, stuff you put on your resume etc. Then that's it. They just asked me to send a copy of my grades to their email. They called me after 3-4 weeks. Didn't mention it was for job offer already but my other classmates said that if they asked you to come back, it was surely for job offer already.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
