First you have to log to the guard to have a visitor pass. After that pass your resume or cv in the receptionist. In my experience there were 2 exams at 1 hr interview. The first exam was mixed of logic, analytical and mathematics with a time pressure on it. Following that exam, is a english grammar exam then personality test. All said categories are just part of the first exam. After you finish exam, wait for the results and if you manage to pass the first exam you will now proceed to Language Assessment exam, which will teach your english skills, and grammar plus listening skills. You will be talking to a phone and they will record your exam and later on you will know your results. If you manage to pass the second exam, you will now proceed to the HR interview, this part is just basic interview. So don't be nervous and be confident to answer the HR in english. After the interview, there are instances that you will proceed immediately to the final assessment which is the JO and there will be also instances that the HR will said they will contact you through call, text or email. In my case, I'm waiting for them to notify me if I will proceed to the FA. After that the final assessment, the JO. P.S. There application process sucks for a big and well know company
