So, I've applied at ACN for the position of ASE as a walk in applicant. Here are the process you'll encounter.
1. Log through the guard. Show your ID (Valid ID).
2. Give your resume at the HR. Then in return they'll give you a form. Fill up the required info.
3. You'll have to create an online profile.
4. You'll have take an online exam.
5. You'll be having an assessment regarding your communication skills (Through Phone).
6. HR Interview.
7. Tech Interview, then JO.
*You might experience a queue based on the number of applicants... Might take a whole day.
*If you fail any of the above process, they will tell you immediately.
*They might reschedule your interviews.

I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
