I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Accenture (Mandaluyong, Rizal) in May 2017
Interview
First was registering on their system, then waiting several hours (and even skipping meals) for your turn to take the exams (several written exams for testing math, logic and troubleshooting skills followed by a phone-based English exam). After the exams, you get through several interviews (screening, HR, and skills). I only got to the first one. After that first interview, you have to wait for several days for an e-mail. They'll tell you whether they accept or reject you.

Question 1
On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate your skills in [INSERT PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE HERE]?
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
