I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Manila, Manila) in May 2017
Interview
Online application form. Online exam (many questions). Language assessment via bot on phone. Then HR interview. Interviewers are nice and some recruitment staff but the girl at the reception is not. When there are still many slots, they're not picky they'll choose you whatever course you took regardless of your skills even though you don't know how to program and I think it's unfair for those IT grads who knows the duty better. But I also think it's good they're giving opportunities to others. But when there are only few slots left, they won't give you feedback although they say that you passed.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
