I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Mandaluyong City) in May 2017
Interview
I applied through jobstreet. After a week an employee called me. I will have an exam. Luckily, I passed the 5-part computer-based exam and proceeded to the language assessment. After I passed the LA, the HR scheduled me for interview at Robinson's forum. My schedule was 11 am. I got there at 7:30 am and waited for the mall to open. (I don't know that there was an entrance at the basement) I waited for 3 hours for my name to call. It's already 2 pm when the interviewer called me. I am so tired and my mind is blank. For a big company, their process is worst. I think I didn't pass the interview even if I prepared hard for it. One month after, I follow-up my application(in-case) and they said my status is unregistered and said they will update me once the interviewer who interviewed me fix it.. Until now there is no update. I will not follow up it anymore. There is much more better company than accenture.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
