I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture in Jul 2017
Interview
I saw the job post from jobstreet. I applied through it. I didn't recieved any call or text after 2 days. I went to their recruitment center in Gateway Cubao, QC. I took an exam. Fortunately, I passed the computer-based exam and proceeded to the language assessment. After I passed the LA, the HR scheduled me for interview at Robinson's forum. My schedule was 9 am. I got there at 8:30 am. There was an entrance at the basement. I asked guards that i was applicant for accenture and where to enter because the mall was not open yet. I waited for 2 hours to schedule my interview. The questions were easy and mostly based on your resume. The interviewer stated that i will received a call or email if been short-listed. It's been a month and still didn't recieved result. I wish they will at least email the result if ever the applicant is not chosen.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
