I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Accenture in Sep 2016
Interview
Being a mass recruiter for freshers, all branches from B.E. colleges are eligible to attend. The initial test was online and consisted of basic verbal, quants and logical reasoning questions through which almost everyone got through.
The interview process was also conducted en masse, a group interview consisting of 5 random people from various branches was conducted. Questions were mostly HR based, and felt like a GD. People were asked to speak about their view on a particular topic that occupied national interest at the time. Being from mechanical branch, i was asked the usual questions of why I wanted to work in Accenture and the ones from CS branch were asked to delve deep into their project, especially as the candidate himself expressed interest in doing so. As my first ever interview, overall, it was a fair experience.

I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
