Interview
Easy online aptitude test followed by group interviews (Technical +HR together) on the next day. Aptitude test consisted of 3 sections Quants, English and logical 70 questions in all to be attempted in 95mins. Interview depends on your luck, some were only asked basic HR questions and some were asked about their technical knowledge.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
