I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture in Sep 2017
Interview
I interviewed from campus placements. There were two interviewers in each panel: one for technical and one HR. The interview is generally a group interview where they will interview 5 candidates together. They took the resume and government id proof from all of us and then returned the government id after matching it with the admit card which they had provided during the test in the 1st round. All of us were asked to introduce ourselves based on our strengths, weaknesses, short term goals, long term goals, our projects etc. Then each candidate was asked 4-5 questions respectively. Overall it was a good experience.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
