Initial phone interview with get to know you type questions. That lead to an in-person interview. The interview had a case-study component where I had to analyze budget financials. It was also several interviewers ranging from tell me about yourself to more technical questions in the area of finance.

Interview
It was an Online interview and was also my first interview as CMA. Where I got bit nervous and couldn't perform well. And also after interview, HR was busy it seems I didn't got any mail or message regarding my interview status for 30 days. Even HR was not picking the call. One day, HR picked up the call and said I was not selected.

It was an online process. The interview process went on for like 30 minutes in the technical round and 15 minutes in the HR round
