I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2017
Interview
I applied through my university and got an email with an invitation to the first round 45 minute behavioral interview at my university's career center. The interviewer was in technology consulting and was extremely nice. The questions were standard behavioral. Definitely research the company in depth because they ask about what you know about Accenture. He also asked what I thought consulting was like and what the responsibilities for the position was. I was then invited to the second round interviews that occurred the following Friday. This consisted of a 45 minute case interview and a 45 behavioral interview at the career center. I only had three days to prepare and was in the midst of midterms, along with never had a case interview before made that interview very difficult for me. This interviewer was a manager and did not really give me any support or helped me along with the case. The case was a long, detailed interviewee-led case that I did not prepare for because I was not expecting that kind of case. The second interview of that day was great. It was with a HR director and it was more conversational based with seeing if it was a good fit. Overall a good experience and very fast.
there is a Phone screen and then first round case interview, afterwards second round group case lastly slide submission for a case interview. Fairly straightforward, there were differences from interviewee to interviewee
Apply online, OA games and personality questions, Phone Screen where they ask tell me about yourself etc , AC, MD interview. Relatively good process in comparison. Not much else to say really
