Interview
Attended ACN presentation 4 weeks before the interview to understand the company and how they work. First round interview was a 1:1 with a Manager on my college campus. After reviewing my resume, I was asked to describe classes I have taken and work completed. Reviewer was jovial and we spoke about interests in various industries.
Second round was also on campus with a Senior Manager. Similar to the first, the interviewer asked me to describe projects I worked on and difficult experiences regarding my senior design business proposal.
Before the last interview ACN had a recent college grad from my school contact me and ask me if I had any questions or concerns. The interview was on an ACN site. It started out with a group presentation and lunch and was followed by two meetings with senior managers. Same basic interview style as the interviews above. No case studies were discussed.
