Interview
Initially applied for the graduate opportunities positions through the website. Was sent a link to complete the Pymetrics games. After which, got an invitation to complete a Hirevue interview. Got the call for the AC.
A few days before the AC, HR called me to inform that my profile matched the analyst role and I decided to interview for the role instead. Was told to go down for a face-to-face skills interview with 2 interviewers.
The interview lasted 20min. Got rejected because the interviewers felt that I lacked the technical skills and wanted someone who had a stronger tech background instead. Very strange that I was shortlisted in the first place for the interview?

Good and user friendly. Easy and clear timeliness Provided by the HR. I did not face any challenges during the interview. Even their interview app is easy to use with good connectivity.
