Interview
The college recruiting process:
1. Accenture works with the university to identify some students for small group sessions
2. After small group sessions and follow-ups at career fairs, I was asked to interview
3. First round interview was behavioral with a Manager - really looking to see if you can hold up a conversation and have valuable work experience(i.e. internships)
4. Second Round Interview is the case interview with a Senior Manager or Managing Director
5. Third Interview is with an HR rep to understand if you fit in the Accenture and Consulting culture

there is a Phone screen and then first round case interview, afterwards second round group case lastly slide submission for a case interview. Fairly straightforward, there were differences from interviewee to interviewee

Apply online, OA games and personality questions, Phone Screen where they ask tell me about yourself etc , AC, MD interview. Relatively good process in comparison. Not much else to say really
