I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (New York, NY) in Apr 2018
Interview
There two telephonic rounds followed by a f2f. Asked mostly about past projects and understanding of data.
After the f2f I was told I had cleared and the background check was initiated and closed off. The offer letter was still to be shared.
However a week passed and there was no communication from the HR
Suddenly the hr called to tell me that since there was mixed feedback about me, another round of telephonic interview will be conducted. Apparently there were few more canditates who had been found to be suitable.
The interviewer did not call on time. Postponed it by half an hour leading to delays in my daily schedule too.
Overall it was a terrible process as first I was told i have cleared it and then suddenly multiple questions are being raised on me and my credibility.
After this round I was informed that I had not cleared it.
I would suggest all canditates to do proper check before going ahead with this company
Will never recommend
Good and user friendly. Easy and clear timeliness Provided by the HR. I did not face any challenges during the interview. Even their interview app is easy to use with good connectivity.
