Simple. Luck dependent. Good communication skill is best to have. Only 1 of the 5 Panels was asking technical questions. Fortunately, mine was technical. Just be confident and don't hesitate to ask. Read about the Company.

Question 1
Extempore on a topic. My topic was Search Engine Optimization. Easy questions of Object Oriented Programming. Comparison of two arrays was asked to me. Types of software Testing was asked. They asked to describe how will you test the chair analogous to Software Engineering.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
