Telephonic round proceeding with F2F round. The process was too long. It took me 7 months to get the offer letter. Was following up almost every alternate day with the HR person.
It was a two round process where 1st round involved technical question and 2nd round mostly managerial round where they test your ability to manage the project and how you handle the situtation
