I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture in Oct 2015
Interview
There were 3 steps to the interview. 1. A round robin with 3 interviews generic behavioral questions 2. Behavioral assessment around 145 questions to assess how you think and react 3. Case study. The round was the usual questions about how you handle conflict, weaknesses, that sort of deal. The assessment, honestly just answer how you feel, people tend to waste too much time over analyzing for the perfect answer. 3. Best prep is to go online and review some case studies and talk through your process out loud. They are really just trying to view your thought process.
