Es gab 3 Gespräche: eins mit HR (telefonisch, zur Vorauswahl), eins mit einem Mitarbeiter (telefonisch, zur Abfrage der Skills und Erfahrung) und eins mit der späteren Vorgesetzten (persönlich 1h)
Das persönliche Gespräch fand in Dortmund im Accenture Office statt. Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen. Im Gespräch selbst stellte ich meinen Werdegang vor, wir unterhielten uns über den Arbeitsalltag in der neuen Rolle und ob ich diesen verstanden hätte, klärten Fragen. Ich bekam einige fachliche Fragen, um meine Erfahrung in den Bereichen zu beweisen.

Good and user friendly. Easy and clear timeliness Provided by the HR. I did not face any challenges during the interview. Even their interview app is easy to use with good connectivity.
