bureaucratic, and long process. RH does not understand what is the job description and the role. a lot of paperwork. there is no documentation from previous interviews so I need too repeat all the time the same story.

It was a virtual interview. Login was easy. Interview was short. Did not get many questions. I also asked questions I had. I got satisfactory answers. Overall it was a normal experience.

5 interviews with different people. Across the same industry. Started with a connection, later the industry leader, later the product specialist and other managing directors. Also with HR to validate my cv but know hard questions. They were more listenning than asking a lot.
Really positive feedback on my interview process. interviews and Sr. HR recruiter. The interviews were engaging and the team was responsive to my questions. I had 4 interviews that last about 45 minutes each.
