I was contacted by a recruiter via email and after communicating back and forth and providing all of the requested information, I never received a follow-up regarding next steps--I was completely ghosted! Seriously, not professional. Often times, companies forget to show common courtesy during the interview process and Accenture is no different. Don't waste a prospective candidates' time if you're not going to give the proper courtesy of communicating candidacy status. It's not only candidates that need to sell a potential employer on why they'd be a good fit; a potential employer must also show why they'd be a good place to work. Ghosting people is a turn-off and you will lose good talent!
