Hiring Process Is pathetic.After clearing technical round HR told not able to give expected CTC not even near to expected CTC. So we are putting your profile on hold.
Candidate invest so much of his time for interview.
Why did they proceed further when in the mail itself I have clearly mentioned the expected CTC.
It was a two round process where 1st round involved technical question and 2nd round mostly managerial round where they test your ability to manage the project and how you handle the situtation

It was automated via a Talegent assessment, including learning agility, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, innovation/creativity, tech-saviness/curiosity, English language skills, and C++.
The test was easy, barring the C++ portion. The test suite was a bit broken at times though and required multiple reloads.
