Interview
Consisted of four parts (I only made it to three)
1) A screening phone call with a recruiter with general questions about why I wanted the job and then opportunity for me to learn more about the position.
2) An online coding challenge through Codility to test your basic programming skills in the language of your choice
3) A video interview with the "team lead" who would be your supervisor in the position. Asked questions about my experiences and behavioral questions
4) An on-site interview in Orlando consisting of a tour of the facility, another coding challenge, and interviews with HR and the head of operations there
It was smooth. The people were very nice, honest and understanding. It does have a technical component that you need to prepare for. The turnaround time was just as promised, one week.

long timeline starting with phone screening with a recruiter. then a video call with a team lead which was pretty casual about background and a few behavioral questions. with the team lead interview there is a small coding assessment. then a final interview consisting of another coding assessment with a team member, a video behavioral interview with two team leads, and a video interview with the hiring manager. all the conversations felt really casual with basic behavioral questions.
